An unknown group or individual has hacked into the Twitter account of the cryptocurrency and stock trading platform Robinhood to encourage users to buy a “new” token.
On January 25, many Crypto Twitter users reported that Robinhood posted a tweet urging its 1.1 million followers to pay $0.0005 for a token called “RBH” on Binance Smart Chain. Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao said that the company’s security team had suspended the account listed in the tweet “pending further investigation.”
